Aden provides various patent services, such as patent application/inquiry/search, patent re-examinations and invalidations, patent infringement analyses, patent administrative and legal proceedings,investigation of patent infringement by administrative authorities, licensing and assignment of patent and know-how, and other matters related to patents. He often represents well-known corporations in patent invalidations and requests for cancellation.
